Good bus service to studios. Our guide was kind and helpful. Studios were amazing. We had plenty of time (2-3 hours) to see everything before getting back on the bus to London.

Love all the experiences. My wish comes true (my wish for 4 years ago). Love the cafeteria as if we are dining with Harry Potter in Hogwart Hall.

Good but don’t have the food!

The food was a definite no go and the reason I would knock off one star. The food was piled up in the kitchen going cold and the chips were soggy. The burger was poor quality meat and the lettuce was everywhere. For a £13 burger (and a £2.10 bottle of WATER) it was a major rip off. Seeing as the tour itself was expensive. However everything else was great.
The gringotts bank was amazing and it wasn’t too busy by this point in the tour. We were never rushed along and the staff were all so friendly.

Harry Potter was brilliant, transfer service a let down

Harry Potter was brilliant, however the return coach was not at the designated place of pick up to take us back to Victoria Station and after over 30 minutes of standing in minus2 degrees, we booked an Uber. This was very frustrating given how expensive the coach transfer was, but with 2 children, it was just too cold to wait any longer. I would hope we will be refunded as the same company had a driver who was to return 1:30 later sat there and could have switched the routes around to save us all standing around so long in the freezing cold.
