Billy was the best! We decided to take a tour on our long layover and we could not give higher praise to Billy! Not only was he a wealth of knowledge about the sites and history but made each of us feel the tour was made for us! My 5 year old daughter enjoyed a quick Harrahs stop and treats from Billy. On our return through London overnight Billy took care of us again with driving us around and the return airport transfer. He became not only our only person to call for transportation in London but a friend we will make a point to visit !
