What To Expect

Whitechapel
Welcome to Tourope UK's Jack the Ripper Tour. In this tour, we will try to find out some answers. Who were the victims, the suspects, the gang leaders, and what was the reason for the brutal attacks that took place for two centuries? Oh, yes. Throughout the tour, you can learn more about the possible suspects who were
believed to be behind the murders. Also hear more about Jack the Ripper’s five famous victims: Mary Nichols, Annie Chapman, Elizabeth Stride, Catherine Eddowes and Mary Kelly. Some of the many famous Ripper-related sites covered in your tour include Gunthorpe Street, where Martha Tabram was seen walking with her killer on August 8th, 1888 before she was murdered, The Frying Pan Pub, where Mary Nichols was last seen, and The Ten Bells Pub, a site where many of Jack The Ripper’s victims were spotted before they were murdered. You will also take a stroll past the Goulston Street doorway, now home to the ironically-titled Happy Days Fish and Chip Shop; the only location where police found a clue related to the murders.

Brick Lane
During our tour, we will explore the locations associated with the victims of Jack the Ripper. Our second spot is Brick Lane where Anne Nichols was murdered right after her last drink in Frying Pan Pub. Here in this spot, we will examine the medieval layout of the city that helped Jack the Ripper vanished easily.

Jeremy our tour guid was simply outstanding! His theoretical knowledge was only surpassed by his eery ability to make us see out of his own eyes! It really felt like we went back in time.
The man’s a treasure! Any more of him and we won’t need Hollywood productions!
My boy and I had a blast!
Thanks and never stop your forward momentum.

ANGIE NORMAN was an excellent, knowledgeable tour guide. My teens were a little apprehensive about what to expect and thought they would find it boring. They told me to write this review because they thought it was fantastic! They learned so much, not only about Jack the Ripper but about Victorian England. They thought that Angie was passionate and had extensive knowledge about the subject that had them enthralled. They were most impressed. We definitely recommend it for teens and adults. I personally wouldn’t take younger children.
A really interesting tour!

Our guide Angie was really informative and the tour was interesting. I’ve done it before but it was still worth going and listening. She really brought it to life and I could see how passionate she is about the subject
