Overview

This is the very best way to see the London Christmas Lights.

The Lights are mainly in London’s vibrant West End, along the iconic shopping routes such as Oxford Street, Regent Street and Bond Street.

We also see superb lights in Mayfair, Trafalgar Square, the Thames Embankment and Westminster.

The car is an electric powered 6 seater, with a glass, panoramic roof and is solely for the use of your group.

We can stop wherever you like for photos and I have a fabulous route planned out, which we can alter as we go along to let you see whatever you like.

Oxford Street

London’s most famous shopping street, containing Selfridges, John Lewis and Oxford Circus.

It runs from Tottenham Court Road to Marble Arch, along the course of the 2000 year old Roman Road, known as Via Trinobantina

The most iconic Christmas Lights in London with famous stores on either side, such as Hamleys, Liberty’s and The Apple Store.

Bond Street

The classiest shopping street in London, with superb lights, featuring elaborate Peacock Feather patterns. The window shopping here is jaw dropping and keep an eye out for Celebs buying their clothes and jewellery too. In previous years, Cartier, Bulgari, Stella McCartney and Victoria’s Secret have had the most eye catching window and lights displays.

Trafalgar Square

The Christmas tree in the Square is always donated by the country of Norway, to thank Britain for their help in World War Two.

The Square also has a huge and impressive Hanukkah Light Candle display, with one additional candle being lit each day.

Westminster

Westminster is the centre of the UK Parliament but also the home of the Royal Family since Henry VIII had his Palace in Whitehall. The tour passes the iconic sights here, including Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, London Eye, Parliament and Westminster Abbey.

South Bank

Amazing Christmas Lights Tour!

This was an absolutely fantastic tour! Dave was incredibly communicative in the day prior to the tour and was very accommodating in picking us up in two different locations. We had seen a taste of the Christmas lights in London in 2021 but this was an incredible and in depth view of the lights. We got to see so many places that we wouldn't have found on our own and Dave is so incredibly knowledgeable that we learned a lot of great information while we saw the beautiful sights. I would 100% recommend this tour, it was a wonderful way to see the lights in London! My only advice would be to book early because this tour sold out quickly!!

Wonderful in Every Way!

We arranged a tour with Dave to visit the beautiful Christmas light displays. We were met by Dave at our hotel and he introduced himself to each of us. We were a group of 4 women from the US, and Dave quickly discovered that we are huge Princess Diana fans. On the way to the lights, Dave took us to Princess Di’s residence before she married, which was in Earl’s Court near out hotel! We were able to stop and take pictures of the building. It made our tour before it even started! We then explored all the beautiful light displays in Central London, from his brand new cab, which was decked out in Christmas cheer! We have the most amazing photographs and this tour was so customized to what we wanted to see, and allowed for stops as we chose. I highly recommend a tour with Dave. It was the highlight of our trip!

We had a great evening and Dave is the best tour guide. He communicates so well before the day and as a visitor to Uk from New Zealand left me with a very good impression. My Uk son and I did the tour together and felt very well looked after. Dave is a true professional and his passion and knowledge shine. The itinerary was well thought out with lots of stops to see the best lights around the city. I would highly recommend this tour; it will leave fantastic memories. Thank you Dave!

Really lovely and informative tour of London with Dave. Dave was very friendly and shared so many interesting facts about London and took us through many streets and squares sharing stories and history related to all of these places. Highly recommend it to everyone and I would happily do it again!

Amazing London lights tour

Large glass roofed taxi with a very knowledgable Dave, our driver/guide for the evening, took 5 of us on a lights tour of London. We were comfy and cozy with rugs provided if necessary, along with water and snacks alongside the bubbles and nibbles picnic we brought with us. We traversed the many decorated roads of London and were shown places we could get out and walk around, take pictures - including the amazing one under a sky Angel in the middle of the road. Unusual scenes such a statue of Twiggy or the field of lighted white roses all accompanied by interesting snippets of information - rivers flowing over canals, for instance. If we had any specific places we wished to see he was able to accomodate. We went midweek and London did not feel crazily busy. Nice toilet stops were factored in ensuring our total comfort. A wonderful experience had by these 5 passengers.
