Viator rep. Anthony was in touch with us every 15 minutes on the morning of our transfer. He did a super job! We were nervous about the potential to miss our flight. Our driver knew a shortcut to Terminal 2 at Heathrow so we ended up being much earlier…..we would definitely use Viator again!

Working with London Minicab for the following 3 transfers was one of the best experiences we ever had. We were first picked up at Heathrow and taken to our hotel in London. A few days later we were picked up at our hotel in Lond and take to Southampton Port. Two weeks later we were picked up in Southampton Port and taken to Heathrow. The service was exceptional. The cars were always upgraded with lots of room. The drivers we had (Ali for the 2 Southampton trips) were professional, respectful, always on times and great drivers. Anthony always communicated with us and kept us informed about our pick ups. Great communication which gave us complete peace of mind. We would never use anyone else after this fabulous experience.
