Stonehenge

The jewel of English Heritage: Stonehenge has been a source of fascination for thousands of years. Many people, both past and present, have devoted their lives attempting to unravel the mysteries of this extraordinary place. This is why we are all here today… right? Today we will try to find some answers about the cremation cemetery, and how the sarsen stones were added and aligned to mark the mid-summer (June 21 @ 16:54) and mid-winter (December 22 @ 04:19) solstices. Parade Gardens

Parade Gardens is one of the best examples of a Victorian Public Garden. The gardens overlook the Pulteney Bridge and Pulteney Weir on the banks of the Avon River. No visit to Bath would be complete without at least a short insight into the beautiful Bath Abbey. A Church from wool? The Roman Baths

Here is the reason to be in this lovely town. Bath is famous for its hot springs. It was a popular spa town for the ancient Romans. The terrace was completed in 1897 and it's the date the Roman Baths reopened to the public but the history of Bath goes back to 860 BC when the Celtic King Bladud discovered the curative effect of the mud & spa. The story begins then.

Theatre Royal Bath

The impressive Royal Theater, which was built in 1805, is labeled as one of Bath's West End's most well-preserved Georgian theater architecture. The first performance was Shakespeare's Richard III and today it hosts London's favorite musicals and shows for art lovers and visitors. I would be pleased to show you this building today!

The Circus

The three entrance Circus is a typical Georgian Square by architect John Wood the Elder, built between the years of 1754 and 1768. The Jane Austen Centre is just a walking distance away. I houses a permanent exhibition of film costumes and books that tell the story of the author's time in Bath.
