This went as smoothly as any ride to the airport could. Our driver was on-time, friendly, and competent. The van was nice and spacious (we were the only passengers, so that helped).

Having stayed at a small hotel near Kings Cross I wasn't sure whether my transfer would be on time, if at all. But my driver arrived 5am as stated on my confirmation. It was raining slightly, so he asked me to take a seat while he bundled my luggage into the back of the van. It was a very timely ride and, being the only passenger, I had my choice of seating. Once we arrived at the airport my driver opened my door, retrieved my luggage and even collected a luggage trolley for my bags. He also pointed out the entrance of the terminal where I was likely to find my Airline. I would use this service again in an instant. I Highly Recommend!!! 5/5
