Overview

A private VIP day tour with your own Driver and Guide from Central London to iconic WW2 and Battle of Britain sites in the beautiful Kent countryside.

Explore the private world of Winston Churchill with a tour to the place most dear to his heart, his home Chartwell. Situated in ‘The Garden of England’, his beautifully appointed yet homely country house is the scene of some of the most significant meetings in British history. Visit the gardens so carefully curated by Clementine and see many of Winston’s paintings, which fill both the house and his studio in the grounds.

What could be more English than a traditional Pub. A stop at ‘The White Hart’, is even more special since this is where the RAF pilots enjoyed their limited time off between missions.

The rest of the day will be spent at Biggin Hill. The most famous airfield of the Battle of Britain.
Get up close to Spitfires and Hurricanes in the world famous heritage hanger.

Spitfire flights available subject to availability.

Brasted
After exploring Chartwell it's time to hop back in to your luxury Mercedes with your guide for a short drive through the country lanes, stopping off for lunch at the ‘fighter boys’ favourite Pub ‘The White Hart’.

This famous country Pub is where the Spitfire, Hurricane and Bomber Pilots referred to by Winston Churchill as "The Few" came to relax between scrambles. The pub has memorabilia from the RAF and the pilots of WW2 who came to this traditional Inn.

The famous airfield Biggin Hill is very close by and that will be our next destination after a traditional lunch.
